Moderator: Carol Bartolo, AIA , Vice President, BRR Architecture. Carol Bartolo, AIA, has more than 25 years of experience providing full-scope architectural services across multiple sectors, managing projects from the early onset in conceptual design, through construction administration and project closeout. In her 15+ years at BRR, she has worked with retail, grocery, industrial, and hospitality clients on a variety of project formats from new construction to tenant improvements and has also been involved in conceptual prototype design efforts. Carol leads the firm's Atlanta office and is involved in local mentorship efforts. She is a member of the Atlanta ACE Mentorship Board and is also the Programming Committee Co-chair for NextUp, a women's leadership network. Additionally, Carol has been instrumental in leading a cross-functional team in developing the firm's diversity and inclusion education, recruitment and programming.
